GREAT FAMILY HOTEL EASY TO FIND CLOSE TO AIRPORT VERY CLEAN APARTMENT AIRCONDITION IN BED ROOM AND LIVING ROOM WERE GREAT. BEDS ARE COMFORT. SAFE AREA A KIOSK AND A TAKEAWAY SHOP ACROSS THE ROAD.

I stayed just for one night with my two young children and soon realised how loud it was by the street -This was my only real negative about my stay. I really appreciated the hands on approach to my arrival -a very warm greeting by the receptionist. There were a few breakages within the room and the staff were very quick to replace the items. Overall a pleasant stay!

We finally ended up with a lovely room after I complained about the shoddy/scruffy hole they first dealt out. They wanted to charge extra for the 'upgraded' room but I refused and stated you either give me a suitable room or I want my money refunded

Close to the airport.
This hotel is very close to the airport and is spotlessly clean. It ,however is dark and depressing in the common areas. Any room facing the street will have significant noise. The woman who checked us in spoke nothing but Bulgarian but did hand us written cards with instructions on them. Parking is very tight. We stayed one night and the morning we left there was no hot water at all and the same woman showed no understanding of the problem.

Excellent stay with wonderful service
My stay at this hotel was excellent. So great, in fact, that I extended my stay. Management is great and very attentive. Anything I needed, they were there to assist me. I highly recommend this place!
