I definitely would not recommend this “all inclusive” hotel to anyone, spend your money somewhere else; The positives: -Drivers and shuttle staffs are very kind. -Staff keep the hotel relatively clean. The negatives: -had to change my room key daily, been really frustrating. - service is non-existent. Serving Staff were rude and not willing to assist. - all “restaurants” are a rip off. They take the food from buffet and plate it and will serve you. - buffet had no variety. Almost same menu every night for 12 days. If you like hospital food you can definitely come to this place. -watch your stuff closely. First day we had our sandal stolen. -YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IRON!!!! They will rent it hourly!! So kind of them 3 euro per hour! -Far from city. -I had to call the every night to change my room key.

Checkin was fast and efficient and they were very cooperative checking in my son before I arrived because my plane was rescheduled. The Mood room was large, very comfortable, and in good condition. The beds were comfortable, A/C was perfect, shower was great too. And there was a large balony to relax. The whole hotel grounds are spacious and attractive, and there are at least 4 swimming pools, with one being for adults only, which is very relaxing. Unfortunately, the staff did not enforce the 'no children' policy and on a couple of days there were loud children, including one wearing a diaper! The all-inclusive deal was excellent overall and the food was tasty on most days, but on a couple of days we struggled to find things that we liked. The beach is nice, but narrow and a mix of sand and pebbles. Most people didn't seem bothered but I wore aqua shoes to be comfortable. There was no seaweed, jellyfish etc. The entertainment team did a good job overall, and some of the nightly shows were excellent, although a couple could be replaced (like the comedy music). Also, amazingly, the wi-fi was excellent throughout the hotel, in the rooms, at the pools, and even at the beach. We feel that TTH Imperial was a great choice overall.
