There is very little more that can be said about how wonderful this place is that has not already been mentioned in other reviews. The hotel and rooms are modern, well furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners (Marios and Marina) and their team clearly take great pride in the hotel and in providing a first-class experience to their guests.
Upon arrival Marina gave us a thorough overview of the island and the hotel, recommending beaches, eating places and things to do (and avoid). There is a lot to take-in, but she provided a map and notes. As Marios was born and grew up on Mykonos he knows many people and places and is full of recommendations and advice too so if you miss anything from Marina’s welcome overview he is delighted to help with recommendations, advice or arrangements during your stay.
The wider team at Lithos were also fantastic – Farhad at the pool bar was always helpful, happy and friendly and kept iced water topped up beside our sunbeds all day. The team who service the rooms daily also do a great job and were always very polite and friendly. Everyone seems proud of what they do and genuinely seem to want guests to have the best time. I have travelled pretty extensively and there are five-star hotels in big cities around the world that could learn a thing or two about hospitality from Marios, Marina and their team.
