Great for kids. However when we checked into the room, we find that the roller door to ensuite was damaged it wasn’t and secured and hanging. Not safe when we have 2 very young children. It was reported and checked by maintenance and it was mentioned that it needed a new door. We wasn’t given the opportunity to be moved to another room even thought the door was just hanging and can be pushed back and forth and we didn’t ask. Otherwise great place to stay

A wonderful retreat, everything a child could want. Comfortable and friendly, everything is easily accessible and affordable. Friendly staff, convenient shop and excellent food options. Clean and well maintained property and equipment. Will return in a heartbeat.

We love our one night stay , perfect for family with kids , only didn't like that they didn't mention online booking that , if you need to take go kart ride you have to be book before you check in because if you staying only for one night , you will miss half activities to explore there , otherwise allover fantastic and we will go back again👍

Stayed for 2 nights in a luxury villa. The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were close to the pool and water park which the kids loved. All staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Spa Villa disappointing
It was an amazing stay. The ONLY thing that let it down was we booked a spa villa and when we used it the first night, green sludge came out of the pipes and coated the bath. Needless to say we didn't use it again.
