Great location, beautiful property, decent breakfast. Staff at breakfast were wonderful. However, as an avid traveler to ACCOR hotels, I have never experienced such a dismissive, unwelcoming front desk. The staff person needs to be made aware that this can drive people away.

You could not get a better location for walking the pedestrianized areas as well as take in the sites and food (there is a great restaurant in the courtyard and the pizza one is said to be great too.) A bit surprised as the website suggests free parking but it is 20 Euros/Day.

The price was the main driver of my choice to stay at this property. It had good value for the accommodations. The room was cold and I was not able to sufficiently warm it up despite the room being a small footprint. I would stay again if necessary, but do not plan to use ibis in the future as the comport level was not to my liking.
