Breakfast Included means you MUST pay Extra ??
I booked this hotel and was advertised as "Breakfast Included". Upon check in I inquired about the breakfast & was informed by a rude front desk clerk that Breakfast would be an additional charge should I want that. I showed her my reservation and it clearly & explicitly said "Breakfast Included".... She told me in no uncertain terms that she did not care what my reservation said. Breakfast would be extra. I asked to speak to a manager. She informed me she was the manager. And if I wanted breakfast I would have to pay for that. It is a Shame that certain people should NOT be in the tourism & hospitality business as this could have been easily resolved. The Heritage Crab House has Earned this Poor rating from me. Just Beware Hotel goers. Even though you may be right ??? You are NOT right at this hotel. I will NEVER patronize this place again. There are far too many hotels, just as nice in the same price range as this place. WITHOUT the attitude.
