Quiet and scenic location. Property not well maintained: shower handle comes off in your hand; shower was repaired earlier and the was roughly patched; signs of mold in shower; absolutely no water during early morning - forget about brushing your teeth or using toilet, which does not flush well even when there is water.

A beautiful space with a special intimate feel. Loved the casita/village set up. Felt private, but easy to be "neighborly" if you felt moved to be. Service was overall, very good, but a little inconsistent. Some servers and front desk staff were friendly, super-efficient and knowledgeable, while others were polite and friendly, but seemed untrained. Food was excellent across the board, as were the drinks from the bar. Shuttle needs to be booked in advance, but comfortable and a great value. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the kayaking and paddle-boarding bc a front desk attendant gave us incorrect scheduling info. Loved that it was a free service tho. Felt very safe and secure on property. The guards were very diligent. Off the beaten path, but a quick tricycle ride to restaurants, shopping, sites, etc. Overall, would recommend to friends and family and stay again, but service could be more consistent.

Disappointing stay
Our stay was anything but pleasant. The front desk staff was rude and the pool had lot of outsiders frolicking in it. For the price this was terrible stay. Certainly the staff needs and hotel needs to do more to make this hotel tourist friendly

It’s alright generally but we found there are many staff at the restaurant but no one will come to you to take order and you will have to walk over to the bar and order food & drink. Reception is empty most of the time and the night shift staff seems not very friendly (the Day shift girl who handle our check out was very helpful) .... the room is nice and love the seats outside so at night you can enjoy the view and the stars.

the property is at a beach front and its keep clean and attended well. What is not to like is the beach is no good, a lot of sea grass and shallow water.

First the front desk staff was great. The girl help with activities. Second there are not a lot of things to do there in the area. Don't plan more than about 4 days. Move on to other parts of Palawan. Third - the part I did not like - The cook for breakfast, I tried to wait my turn but the Philippine people will just jump in and the person would just let it happen while ignoring me. Forth and last - the menu at the restaurant was limited and the week I was there they never had bobby back ribs and some other things.
