Over all the resort was good. Check in was slow, at 5am. Housekeeping in the room is poor. I found a used medicine nebule under the bed on the 2nd day, and it stayed there until we left. The plastic wrapper of the free slippers provided was just left on the floor. So you will wonder what else they don't clean. Tasi grill was excellent. Food and service was great. Location was good too. Right in front of the malls.

I visited Dusit Thani Guam Resort with my 4 year old daughter on occasion of our anniversary and birthday. It was a memorable experience! The staff were friendly and the facilities, including restaurants and pool were great. Beach was easily accessible and there were plenty of sunbeds for use, which was very comfortable. I also liked that plenty of towels were filled up in our room, which was very helpful especially with our daughter swimming all day in the sea! :) Several points that were unsatisfactory - 1) Room cleaning was not satisfactory, especially the carpet didn't seem to be vacuum cleaned every day. Amenities were not filled up after use on a daily basis. 2) Wifi kept on breaking off, wasn't reliable. 3) Aqua breakfast was slightly unsatisfactory - considering Dusit Thani's reputation for being the best hotel in Guam, breakfast buffet did not catch up with this. Several food/drinks were short but it took a very long time for staff to fill it up. There was not much variety in food. Cleanliness of table and cutlery were not satisfactory. However other than that our stay was nice. Still willing to come back on our next visit to Guam!
