Poor sad Villa
No shuttle service, stark hotel, friendly owner made a wonderful breakfast but very old, not updated. Still a $30.00 cab ride from the hotel, no real amenities. Restaurants about a 10 minute walk but very upscale and delicious food. So it was either stark or stunning depending on a sleep or eat.

Clean aned quiet, Management was very kind and helpful to call us a cab for morning and offer snack in the morning. It is a late check in at 4pm, and we left at 4 AM so did not get to enjoy too much.

Excellent service/value for being close to airport
We stayed here on the first and last day of our 10 day trip to Italy to be close to the airport and have a clean place to stay until we could check in at our Airbnb in Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air and toiletries. The service was outstanding! Oscar, one of the hosts met us at the hotel at 1am due to late arrival from the US through Turkey. He responded from while we were on our layover and woke up to drive over and get us. The next morning he freshly squeezed our orange juice and gave us homemade cake, and other breakfast items. He also called us a cab and brought all our luggage up for us. What a way to start a long trip. And coming home Mario was just as wonderful with checkin (this time at normal hours) and helpfulness. The only downside is this really isn’t an airport hotel. You will need to get a local cab (don’t stand in long line for a cab to Rome. Walk across the street and go to the local cab section) and pay between 30 and 40 euros to go a couple miles to the place. Not a fault of the place but it really shouldn’t be listed as airport. That said all of the other hotels except the Hiltons are in the same spot. Anyway if you need an easy stay near the airport this is your place! It’s also affordable too for why you get

Room needed some maintenance. Molding was missing, water in the faucet didn’t come out correctly. Nobody available at the front desk all the time. Enjoyed the town and the breakfast. Shower was too small. Nice quiet location snd room was clean. Worked for our last night in Italy before flying home and we found an amazing restaurant and gelato shop close by.

Overall, the hotel is ok. The front desk booked a taxi for next morning to the airport. However, the taxi did not show up. I had to arrange an alternative transportation. Disappointed!
