The two night stay at the inn was perfect. The room comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on two morning were delicious as well. I shall be returning there again soon. I will also recommend it to my friends.

The historical character of the inn is very appealing. Furnished with antiques, loads of late Victorian charm, warm atmosphere, great breakfast, good rates.

This was our second time staying at the Inn and we were even more impressed this time around. I love the historic charm, Covid-Safe environment and the amazing at-home service you receive at this Inn. The staff works very hard to meet all requests and are exceptional. The made-to-order breakfast is so lovely and the coffee is great. We have stayed in the Guesthouse (large suite upstairs) and Library Suite in the main house. Both were very large and beautiful. I loved how different and unique the two spaces felt. The library suite takes you back in time and is gorgeous. It is well with the additional money for this deluxe room (approx $50 more than a basic room). I could have sat and read at the massive windows all day. If you love historic buildings, old charm and a feeling of home, you will love this Inn. We will only stay here going forward and hope to experience all of the rooms.

I loved this place. The building was so beautiful. Our room was large, had a (non-functioning) fireplace with a lovely mantle, 2 wing chairs in a bay window and a king-size bed. Coffee, tea and little muffins were available during the day. Breakfast was very good, served in a room with antique furniture. The price was very reasonable, not sure if that was due to COVID and the lack of travellers.

The Inn is historic and quaint but it does not have air or a fridge. It is basically a room with a bed. If you’re looking for frills this may not be for you. The breakfast was great and the staff fantastic.

Great value, great breakfast, great service and beautiful building and location. Cable I understand is being upgraded, which is great cause mine only got one channel, was too tired to call and get it fixed. Hotel could use a good dusting and deep clean for it to be spectacular and refreshed. No mistake the rooms were clean, just a cobweb or two and dusty lamps etc.. also bed could use a pillow topper, a bit too firm/ hard and perhaps a fluffier duvet? A bit of oomph and the place could be downright spectacular!,,, would come again!,,
