Beautiful apartment
Well located apartment in Falls Creek complete with under cover parking. Apartment was spacious with all facilities, generous proportions and well equipped. Great kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Laundry and drying room was well used. Heating was fantastic and open fire added lovely ambience. All wood supplied. Could not of asked for more for this queensland family of seven (3 generations) first trip ever to the snow.

The best snow holiday - almost perfect!
We have stayed in various types of accommodation in various snow resorts in Australia over the last 20 years, and Woodsmoke is by far the best we have ever experienced. The location is stunning, views likewise, and the design of the appartments, although nearly 20 years old, are a standout! The beautiful stone walls, timber and huge glass give the most relaxed, `snow' holiday feel, and the underfloor heating is greatly effective. Extremely well equipped kitchen to cook up a feast after a day skiing is much appreciated. Woodsmoke is quality through and through, and being able to park out of the snow (under the apartments) is more than convenient it is a luxury we could not go without in future!- no oversnow transport, take as much gear as you like, all the food and booze you can fit in your car! Lee the manager of Woodsmoke is more than accommodating helping unload, but keeps a relaxed distance throughout your stay, although always a text away with advice on anything. We would rate this property 98% perfect, with our only negative comment being that it is not exactly ski in ski out, as wombat home trail is quite high above the apartments, you need to slide down the snow back to the apartment at night (unless you are a gun skier!) We will be back for sure- worth every cent! thanks for a great week!!
