The property was well located. Well priced for our stay. They had agreed to give us a 2 bathroom apartment but this did not eventuate. Created some inconvenience. The girls were unhappy about cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Otherwise the apartment met our needs.

Ive stayed at Mont Clare numerous times, and i feel it is getting run down. We stayed on the 1st floor which stunk of cigarette smoke. The room itself did not smell though. I had a king bed. I expected the base to be 2 singles with a king top mattress. But instead, it was 2 singles with a king sheet. The top 2 mattresses were shorter than the 2 bases. The bedroom walls had rising damp and cracks. The shower door and screen hinges were dirty. The kettle leaked all over the kitchen bench. I forgot to book parking for our 1st night. I tried calling the property 4 times the following day to organise parking for our 2nd night and no one answered the phone. Luckily i got back to the property just before reception closed and told the person id been calling (literally 2min before i walked in) and he didnt seem to care, at all. Customer service was extremely poor. 😠 The parking is very tight and limited bays available.

Absolutely disgusting, beds are terrible uncomfortable and springs showing. Basic amenities not working when asked to fix the said they did but actually did not. Overall apartment is a great size but extremely dirty run down and not maintained. We stayed 2 nights I requested a refund after night one after having no sleep In horrible beds and the lights not working in bathrooms. Was told they would not do, “could move to a new room but can’t guarantee it would be any better” absolutely disgraceful f I hadn’t spent so much to stay I would have gone but had no choice. It was a dog hole!
