Very Disappointed!!
Worst customer service ever. Due to the interisland ferry my clients were unable to be there for their booking. When I enquired about cancelling, due to circumstances outside my control, I was told I had to do it through Hotels.com. When I call Hotels.com I was told that the manager at Te Anau denied the refund. This is unacceptable when it was outside my control. My company is now out of pocket for 3 rooms which, I'm sure could have been rebooked quickly on a long weekend. (and very well may have been when we didn't show up) I have used TOP 10 before, however will think twice before booking here again, for our clients.
