Stayed here many times and always the same great service, and clean apartment, we were upgraded to a 2 bed unit. Great location, easy walk to Southbank and CBD. Good safe area.

Excellent as always
The check in process was seamless and great customer service. The parking on the lower basement was a bit tight (I was in the Bosse building this time) but managed to get the last available spot. The apartment was spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. Only a small flaw - unfortunately, there was no iron available in the room (though did have an ironing board) and also no hair dryer.

The advertised "free wi-fi" was non-existent. For a few brief moments it appeared in the list of wi-fi connections but I never actually managed to connect to it over an entire weekend. This became an even bigger source of frustration when I was unable to get anything but a weak phone signal (on Optus admittedly) anywhere in the apartment. These 2 factors conspired me to be unable to live stream a football match that I had very much been looking forward to. "First world problem" I suppose but very sub-par compared to what I have experienced in other apartments around the City with fast, free, available unlimited data wi-fi connections.
