Excellent, however the units really need a good reading lamp beside the sofa.
Peaceful and relaxing stay right in the heart of the Hunter. Walking distance to wineries…

Easy check in and such a great location with wineries within walking distance. The studio cottages are spacious and have everything you need. The verandah is perfect for evening bbqs and watching the sunset. The 2 horses on the property also come to visit in the evening for a back rub.
Nice clean & tidy units with a beautiful view.Minutes from restaurants, Harrigans Irish Pub & Hunter Valley Gardens. Lisa was very friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely be coming back to stay again. Value for money & the bed was very comfortable too
Clean and tidy, warm and welcoming host. Lovely view on a farm with horses at the back door.
Lisa was very friendly and the property was clean and quiet.
Our stay was so amazing! The room was very clean and very spacious. Was very well stock with everything we needed to have an incredible weekend. The location is also fantastic - being close to food and amazing wineries but also quiet and peaceful. The views were also great! On top of all of that, the property manager Lisa was a pleasure to talk to and she was so accommodating and flexible. Highly recommended to stay here. We will be back!
What a Dump. Avoid like COVID-19. No water. couldnt shower or flush toilet. No reply to text or phone message even after 24hrs. Insects everywhere. Booked 2 nights couldnt stay 2nd night. Payed extra to go elsewhere... I guess you get what you pay for...
In a word, Disappointing. Having stayed here on multiple occasions under the previous owners this stay was a let down. Previously guests were welcomed with 2 bottles of the estate's wine and a breakfast hamper. The reception was friendly. This stay there was only one sharp non butter knife, the shower head leaked everywhere and didn't stay up, the TV seemed to be in some sort of lock, the towel rail fell off and there was the threat of a penalty cleaning fee to be paid if we left any of the kitchen utensils not put away and "as we found them". Won't be staying there again.
Helpful and friendly welcome from the office on arrival. Accomodation is simple, clean and practically arranged. The location is perfect-many wineries in walking distance, beautiful view. Great value for money, highly recommended.
the whole experience was great. handy location, friendly owners ,comfortable and clean.
LOVED this place! If you prefer 5* hotels this is not for you, but if you like feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere with views to the horizon and vineyards on your doorstep...go here! Lisa was a fantastic host too, really helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!
