Dirty, bad customer service, and needs an update
I do not know how this place has gotten a 7.2 rating. It is a dump! First, no one was at the desk when I got there. I rang the bell 3 times and the guy still didn't come for at least 10 minutes. Then he just gave me my card and immediately went back outside and got back on his phone. He didn't give me any information about the WiFi code or when breakfast was or even where my room was. The lobby area is in severe need of an update. The room didn't look bad on first glance, but it was extremely dirty. The floor hadn't been swept; there were dead bugs all over the floor; the fridge was gross and there was leftover food left in it; the furniture was covered in dust, etc. As for the breakfast, I don't mind if it's simple, but basically all they had was waffles and there was no syrup. And of course, there was no one to find at the desk. Bottom line: stay somewhere else. It's cheap, and I get that you get what you pay for. I knew is would be nothing special, but there's no reason for the lack of cleanliness, and bad customer service.

Did not disclose they charge a deposit your check in which is absurd. Whole place was full of people who were out drinking being loud and cussing and suspect looking people. Run down parking lot over packed and not a good area of the city. Horrible place overall

Poor breakfast
The room was fine, but the breakfast was not. They had not turned on the waffle machine or provided syrup. The breakfast consisted of three cereals (one which was stale), juice, white bread and butter (no jelly). They had run out of coffee with caffeine so only decaf was available.
