Sisters Getaway
The stay was very nice no problems checking in or checking out. The room was clean and had a back in time charm to it. The restaurant was very good and convenient, and the wait staff was very good too. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant twice. We didn't realize they gave you more food than you can eat and taking it to the room was not an option. Not a complaint just a heads up. The veal parmesan was enough for 3 meals. I had a wonderful chicken salad and tried to help my sister eat some veal parmesan which was delicious. Couldn't finish it. Our friend had the shrimp which she could not finish. Great restaurant. The second night we shared a charcuterie dish and was satisfied because we were able to get desert. It would have also been nice if we could have had a cup of coffee in the morning, but it wasn't available. They suggested a few places for breakfast, and we tried Pat's. Loved it. No frills but loved the charm of the building.

It was ok. The hotel was very old, but clean. Rooms were dated, but understood based on the age of the building. There was a problem with the in room HVAC. Had to adjust temperature with a pair of pliers. Hotel staff was very helpful however. The best part was the restaurant on the property. Pricey but very good.
