A little disappointed. This was going to be our 4th time staying in this hotel because the pictures of the room shown in this add is excellent but this time that we went they didnt give us this room which I had paid extra to get it. They said that maybe I have had luck on the previous times or there were available. This 4th time we stayed in the regular room and it was SO! Tiny. The tv wasnt working and didnt get the extra money I had paid for to stay on the large. We left the next day to stay at crounce plaza. Totally different and cheaper. The buffet was excellent by the way!

The hotel lacks of a sign that tells you where the entrance is. We park on Ocampo Street and had to walk all around the building to find the main entrance.

A Great Value of the Price
The hotel was build in 1912. The original look in the lobby area has been kept. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Very attentive staff, and excellent food. An excellent location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, museums and the convention/conference center. Because Monterrey is not a tourist area, I had a different experience than I have had when I have visited tourist areas in Mexico.

I rarely review hotels. This time I have to... the customer service is outstanding the people at the front desk make you feel welcomed and special. The location is awesome close to Restaurants and shops. Super clean and beautiful hotel. I would definitely go back.
