The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the tub before using it as there were hairs from the previous guests. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, sheets and blankets scratchy. The walls were paper thin and we could hear literally everything that went on in the hallway as if it were occurring in room. Ended up checking out early because the thought of enduring the noise and uncomfortable bed for another night was too much.
My favorite hotel in Fairbanks. Very per friendly !
The room temp was extremly hot. Witch prevented me of any real sleep
Everything was great! The hotel itself is very cute and there are all kinds of activities for both summer and winter. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is being served from 6am to 10am, and there is a great restaurant/bar in the same parking lot, just steps away. The food, drinks and staff were wonderful. Just a heads up for future visitors, the lights in the bathroom have a super loud fan. So, if someone needs to go potty in the middle of the night, it’s a bit of a waker-upper, lol! We have to travel to another part of Alaska for business but will be returning to Fairbanks for at least another couple of days this, but we are definitely returning to stay at Pike’s if we can get a room!
The staff was very friendly and most helpful. They had great recommendations! The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant next door had a delicious crab bisque! When there was a huge snow storm and we got over 10" overnight they had the parking lot plowed very quickly.
Perfect, as-advertised
Loved being so close to the dog walking area. It really makes the stay nice when traveling with a puppy to have a nice area to walk.
The resort reminded me of an old miner/hunting lodge. Very beautiful yet cozy, the rooms are nice and the city is just mins drive away.
It was a great hotel.
We stayed at Pikes Lodge for one night before setting out for the Arctic Circle. When we returned we spend another night. The lodge is very nice and has the immediate feel of an old Alaska lodge, perfect for those of us that want to capture the Alaskan spirit. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to and from the airport which is only minutes away. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend Pikes Lodge for your stay in Fairbanks.
