Rooms clean, bed comfortable, very close to train station (1 min walk)

Good location and nice room
Hotel is well located, just a few minute from subway for getting to the main attractions. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Overall good value considering it match big name international hotels for reasonable money. We opted for the executive room for a little extra, the room is very generously sized.

Go to hotel when i am in Kaohsiung
Service at this hotel is excellent, and rooms are always comfortable and clean. I don't stay anywhere else when I am in Kaohsiung.

Fair 4.0
Not recommended at all
First thing to notice is, that the staff is, for whatever reason, very arrogant and not helpful at all, especially at the reception. The breakfast is closed down exactly at 10am without any further notice, a very cold behavior. I would really recommend that the staff gets intense training on how to properly treat paying guests.
Marcus, gb3 night trip
Very good 8.0
Great experience of a new style hotel and great food of the restaurant on the 12 floor.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location to MRT(Koahsiung main station) and very close the famous night markets. Room is very big and comfortable. The minor problem is WiFi NOT fast enough.

Good Business Hotel not tourist
Although a modern clean hotel, very dark, I had a business room on the 6thFloor which required the lights to be on all the time, no reading light and no drawer space so had to lie my clothes on the side seating ,the breakfast was good and the location was ok, 25min walk to love river. One thing to think of is not to book a airport transfer through hotel it cost 1500 Taiwan dollars, a taxi back from the hotel cost with tip 300 Taiwan dollars.
