The hotel was nice, the staff is amazing, super friendly and kind. The breakfast was good and the pool area is beautiful. We stayed in the apartment and was really nice and spacious. Everything is organized and clean. I do recommend RIG HOTEL

Close to zona colonial , safe neighborhood, it’s quiet, price was good compared yo other hotels in the area ,I would recommend getting the higher category of room as you can, since each category is bigger than the previous one

as really bad night here.
The hotel is clean in a convenient location, the problem is that you can’t sleep because it’s right in front to the malecón and it’s very noise they was a trucks all night long even in quarantine. The sofa bed is terrible no one can sleep there it have bumps and it’s very hard leather to sleep. The bathroom very uncomfortable to get in it’s really small and the door in the shower didn’t close so everything got wet. The check in was fast and the people were nice but I will never stay here again.
