Hotel is super clean and really comfortable. Well connected by public transportation.

Rooms very good. However poor service. States resturant open unitil 00:00 but turned away at 2300 and 2240 the next day. Bazar shop at entrance extremly overpriced. Was charged for spa per person but booking did not state this and showed it as being included (like ou would expect from a “4 star hotel” One night i asked for a couple glasses with ice to have a drink in the room and was refused as “they beed the glasses for the morning” Poor location, Is next to train station but 20 min journey on one train so if youre going to central everyday find somthing closer. Nothing in the area. Not even a convince shop. Nice view of esates and a grimey warehouse though.

This hotel states that it has attempted to reduce plastic waste - yet it provides water in the room in plastic bottles and plastic cups wrapped in plastic! Our room was not ready until 1520hrs. The check in time is 1500. Paper cups are also provided for the coffee - these are single use - what happened to porcelain that can be washed? The spa is for over 18s only so we were unable to take our daughter swimming and it’s €15 / per person per stay to get in on top of your room rate. To the management: if you are going Green, then go green. Don’t just say you are and expect us to think you are. Remove the extra charge for the spa and allow children to use your pool. Let’s have proper cups in the room and a glass- not plastic glasses!

Had such a great time at this hotel . The staff were so friendly and the services were great. Only €15 to use the spa for the entire spa , such great value ! Will be back !
