Porsche museum
Location is great for the porsche museum but quite a drive to tourist attractions. The hotel was clean but with limited parking on site. If no parking at the hotel the you must street park. Seemed to be mostly a business hotel. New and great bathrooms. Breakfast minimal and $10. There is no coffee pot in the room for a morning cup of tea. Poor tv channel selection if you speak english.

A hidden gem
Very pleasantly surprised at quality of my stay at Novum Bruy. Clean and comfortable and a good location for my needs. Have stayed at a couple of other Novum hotels in the Stuttgart area which were less pleasing.

Rude, racist and Condescending
I didn’t even get to stay. When I booked the hotel I was at Nurburg which was a 4 hours drive away. It said clear on your site parking available. So after driving 4 hours in torrential downpour I arrive at this pathetic joke they call a Hotel was was ‘greeted’ by the most Condescending and rude front desk I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. He rudely points out that there is no parking available. I requested a solution or a cancellation and he basically told me to go away and he will charge me for the full stay. No offer to find me a parking space or at least indicate the nearest parking garage. He then disappeared for 20 minutes while I was trying to sort out a refund with hotels.com All in all the worst travel experience for me in my lifetime. The hotel receptionist (mid 50s/60s) Man was racist, rude and generally extremely unhelpful and has the worst attitude that you do not expect from people in the service and hotel industry. Highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
