Absolutely perfect place that I have stayed throughout my travels. Hotel accommodation was extremely great. My cave room was cozy, neat and clean. The decor was very beautiful and the views from the terrace were simply beautiful. And the hotel cats were simply the best part of my stay! They were like my companions and they kept me company throughout. They were very friendly to play with! Please keep the cats. I will return to spend time with them. Breakfast was very pleasing and delicious. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly as well :) They were always ready to help with anything. This hotel was simply beyond expectations!.

The hotel is beautifully arranged over multiple levels. We experienced an issue at check-in regarding the availability of a television in our room. Our reservation was for a Superior Cave Suite. The first room we were put in did not have a TV, so we proceeded to ask at the front desk. The front desk staff wanted to see our reservation confirmation email. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a TV in the guest room. However, the second room we were put in didn’t have a TV as well. Then, I proceeded to inquire with Hotels.com. They contacted the front desk separately. We were then advised that someone ‘cancelled’ a reservation for an upgraded room, and that we would be moved there. There was a TV in this room, finally. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly, ready to help with any request we had.
