Attitude
Excellent location, nice property very clean and quiet.
Issue came at checkout. I'm a Platinum VIP member of Hotels.com. I believed that this was a VIP property so I asked for a late checkout. Based on the benefits afforded to this status membership a late checkout is at 4:00 PM.
The night before I told the front desk attendant that I needed a late checkout. He acknowledged my request however he did not mention any time.
The next day at 12:30 a manager informed us that we had to vacate the room, since late checkout for them is 12:30. The attitude with which we are addressed was reprehensible. Given that we had 3 rooms at over $500/room I would have expected at least a professional attitude when speaking to customers. Disappointing experience from one staff member that soured the entire experience.
