Good for quick stay
It is not a bad place to stay for like a one night only. Best suited for solo or couples rather than big groups. Great that eateries and bus stop was nearby.

1.Santa Grand West Coast might be an old building that layout is not appropriate which caused uncomfortable to stay at some rooms. Eg. rooms(X09) without windows, rooms(X03) adjacent to the lift that the mechanical noise is extremely annoy. 2.The loose part of the equipment, eg. hanger bar in the wardrobe, easily hurt people when it falls off. 3.The housekeeping is not careful, like the drain cover does not clean.

Room was ok...bathroom could at least have a curtain for shower...bed was horribly uncomfortable. The daily hammering from construction in the stairwells made it that much worse.
