I was showed confirmation number from my iPhone to mexico lady who worked night and she know nothing about confirmation. She need train to read it! TV isn’t working.

Huge disappointment!
We booked this as a Best Western hotel per the advertising online but once we arrived it's clear it was a days in bought out by BW but not aligned with their layout for rooms, breakfast and service. Very very disappointed. I hate Days inn! We would never stay there so this was an imposter hotel pretending to be BW. Ugly and awful!!

Spider webs
The neighborhood it’s not that great and as soon as we get there when I try to check in the lady is outside smoking and not even a greeting or a can I help you! We got the room and we got to the room and it was horrible! The floors were dirty and some of the pillows looked yellow and dirty and there were spider webs all around the room ceiling! Was going to try to take a shower and the shower was not working right! The towels also didn’t look clean! We actual tried to look for another hotel but everything was sold out! We just slept on top of the bed with our clothes on and we got up super early and left the facility!
