Perfect for our Anniversary getaway
We needed a couples getaway and we could not have been happier with our hotel. It was elegant, clean, quiet, romantic and very comfortable. It qas also very central for walking everywhere. We will absolutely stay here again.

No help in our plight
We booked through site and I can confirm there was no refund right in the disclaimer. Our car broke down about 700 km from the hotel. While waiting for the CAA Tow truck the hotel called to confirm the virtual check-in. I explained our dilemma. Monique was understanding but said she has to speak to the manager. He never bothered to follow up. Instead I had to call the next day and was told he said he could not help. Even a credit would have been most appreciated. Instead the little motel in Sainte Anne Des Mont kept the kitchen open and the manager and his staff offered to help push the car across the street to the local garage! Now that is something you never forget! My wife and I made the conscious decision to travel in Quebec to help with the shortfall in tourism. Montreal and Quebec City are struggling, and rhe vast majority of those in the service industry have tried so hard....except for this hotel. Gord Faber

This was a delightful hotel--everything was super clean and of very good quality--the bed and bedding, and decor, and amenities. And super well located. We slept and rested very well in the room and felt very secure. Not recommended for someone who needs an elevator.

Amazing location in Old Quebec. Romantic and authentic decor! The electronic keypad at the front door should be better marked. There is a box to the left that we thought you entered your code after hours. We figured it out eventually and were able to help another couple get in after hours.
