Family visit
We travelled to visit family and have stayed at the Arena a number of times. The deluxe one bedroom apartment was nicely appointed with a good kitchen. The lounge and dining furniture was a little uncomfortable on this stay but I must add that we choose to stay here because it is close to family and the beds are so comfortable that we always have a good night’s sleep.

Spacious room with fully self-contained kitchen. The bedroom furniture definitely needs an upgrade. Bedhead and base showing lots of wear and tear, mattress was of very poor quality and needs replacing. Good to have sizeable balcony.

Check in was easy. Lady at front desk was polite and down to earth, made us feel comfortable. Only thing that would benefit to alter is the lights from the government building right next to our room kept us awake. We moved the outside louvres and drew down the blinds but it shines through the gaps in between! Was very frustrating. Otherwise everything else was great and we would stay again but ask for a room on a different facing wall.

Excellent Modern Apartment
Excellent stay. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Check in was easy and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy walk to Southbank and numerous restaurants. Apartment was modern with modern furniture and and all amenities you require. Only complaint is you could hear people in apartment above walking around at night but I suppose that is apartment living. Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay there again.

It was dirty and unsanitary and we were so disappointed. We live in Tasmania and we wanted to make this our regular Brisbane accommodation but between the filthy remote controls and the stained and hair covered pillows - never again! Not to mention ground floor with NO privacy. If we wanted natural light we lost all privacy. We were so disappointed. We decided to book another 10 nights elsewhere.
