Hilton did a good job
20 dollars to park in their lot for one night with an over abundance of park was ridiculous.
Much better than expected. Although the room had a bit of a funky layout. Plenty of space to work, super comfy bed, really nice bathroom (no tub) extremely clean - but - at the end of the day the Papa 'sitting' chair was in the corner far away from the TV facing in the wrong direction. So I just streamed Netflix on my pc (I was done reading for the day and just wanted to chill). I will be back. Affordable. Convenient location - Trader Joe's is a 5 min walk away. Perfect for biz traveling on a budget.
If you would like to ruin your vacation, stay at this hotel! The check in was the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels. The parking is $20 a day. The staff is unfriendly, poorly trained and rude. We never received room service and they had us leave our trash (bathroom included) outside of our room. It was left 5 hours and we were told someone would pick it up, no one ever did. When I asked again if someone could pick it up we were told we had to wait until tomorrow, we explained that no one had thrown it out since we checked in for a long weekend. It was our third day at the hotel. I had to reach out to corporate to have someone remove it since they refused the second time we had asked. The breakfast staff was unpleasant and seemed annoyed helping us get our breakfast since it’s not self served. I have yet to be contacted by any management and there were many more issues we faced at this hotel. Stay at the Marriott it’s worth it! I came to relax and traveled far from home and staying at that hotel tainted my trip.
Great hotel for the price. The room was large, contemporary design and they were very diligent on cleanliness. Not sure about the area since we were only passing through.
The room we were placed in had a strong mold smell. I looked and did not see where it was. About 5:00 am was going to take a shower and the glass door had a large amount of mold. I called the front desk and the lady made certain to move us. She came to the room with the key and I showed her the mold. She was very helpful. The room was not what I have come to appreciate about Hampton Suites.
Decent, wasn’t as clean as previous visits. Bring your own pillow, the pillows are horrible!
The fact there were no USB connection in the or at front desk..it's 2020 come on now. The room cost me $115 and no!! Way to charge my phone or tablet.
Long black hairs in my shower, both on the walls and floor (I have short blonde hair), and shower was dirty. dirty floor in bathroom as well. kind of disturbing when the room was sealed and had had extra cleaning for Covid. Not very reassuring when we are trusting the hotels to clean properly
Very clean and great hospitality staff. The beds were very comfortable.
