AMAZING !
We had an incredible stay at La Zebra. I would definitely recommend my friend to stay at this amazing resort. The food in the lobby on the ocean is amazing. We also enjoyed the incredible beach side service, and massage during our stay.

Terrible Service
Upon arrival they promised us our "welcome drink" which never came. We followed up 3 x's and nothing. We then had lunch at the restaurant and the waiters were in the crappiest mood, answering with attitude. Not one smile! Overall the service was disappointing. Tulum offers so many other boutique like hotels, I would look elsewhere next time.

We had amazing stay! Best location!! The rooms are big very clean and modern , we stayed on a few hotels on the beach and the rooms in this hotel are way better!! The only thing I didn’t like our room was ground flor with small pool was very dark with little bit sun light except of that everything was great! Great pool Area

This place was amazing. The customer service was great. They made me feel comfortable and management was good. This place also has a great place to view the sunset on the beach. Beach games at this boutique hotel were perfect for kids and adults amazing night themes after the sun goes down and tasteful food with refreshing drinks. I give this boutique hotel a 10. Make sure you check it out. Thanks for a great stay
