Dinner and Breakfast was okay. Croissant and muffins were pretty dry and stale. Room cleanliness was pretty shocking. We requested to clean the bathroom again and inspite of staff making the second attempt it wasn't clean. Found hair on bedsheets, pillow covers, and even bathroom floor, which was pretty disgusting. Three of us stayed and we were provided one tooth brush and two bath towels. Though these are minor things but when you are paying a decent price for your stay, everyone expects to get basic amenities provided to them. Staff members at the door were very helpful and gave a hand with our luggage.

Nice hotel primarily for business travellers
This was a short stop over on our connection from Goa back to England just for the one night. We arrived early evening from the airport and the room was very nice, clean and the bed comfortable. We had evening meal included in the price as well as breakfast and both meals were buffet. The choice of Indian dishes were adequate at both meals although not extensive. Having said that the food was tasty. We asked the airport to arrange a taxi for our transfer to the airport after breakfast which arrived on time and was efficient. However, the hotel, who we paid for the taxi, did rather overcharge us at 1500 rupees when we had only paid 500 rupees at the airport taxi pre-paid desk the night before! If we had known how remote this airport was maybe we would have booked one a little nearer to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was great but i must thank the kitchen staff and there service. I looked forward to breakfast every day. Delicious and variety of things to eat was great. The hotel is little far from shopping and other places we wanted to visit but Uber made it easy. I will stay again on our next visit. 👍
