After a long drive, it was wonderful to have a beautiful hotel to stay at. Restaurant was open so i did not need to leave. Food was great. Service throughout was top notch. Room was beautiful

We picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport but when we got here we were told it was not available. We can be herded into an airplane and sit close for hours but we cannot get inTo a car for 5 minute drive? Does not make sense. Don’t put it on the hotel site if you will not honour what you say. Very disappointed. Hotel was lovely, but my husband found it very difficult to understand the receptionist because of her mask. There is a plexiglass between them, she did not need the mask too. We would not likely return to this hotel or recommend it.

The restaurant and cafe are only open Monday to Thursday, very inconvenient for us as a guest. Ots also in a very remote location which isnt ideal.

Beware of Corporate Party Parade!
Great stay but a party below us kept us awake till 3 am . The staff were not even around. Told them in the morning when we checked out but they were not aware of anything. Corporate visitors get away with bad behaviour!

Great night away.
Check in was quick and easy. We needed wine glasses and a bottle opener which took one call and we had it. There was stains on the pillows on the couch which was disgusting. Like throw them out if they are obviously stained. Otherwise clean rooms. The beds were SO comfortable!
