Worst hotel I’ve been too.
Terrible hotel. Wouldn’t stay for free. Definitely not 5 star or worth the money. Horrid location, staff don’t care and room cleaning is always delayed. Breakfast is in a tiny room that can probably fit 10 people but has close to 30.

Perfectly ok hotel but lacking atmosphere and life. Well appointed, impressive pool area,gym and well located but no in-room amenities (i.e. notes or coffee facilities, limited room service. Restaurant tucked away on L6 with no dining appeal. The foyer needs life, an in-house cafe would change the dynamic and feel of the place and add much needed amenity and atmosphere. They did honour my VIP exclusives with a room upgrade, which was appreciated.

Excellent room, great pool and a good gym. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location near MRT and walkable to Little India. Comfortable bed, hot shower. We were kept awake by some noisy people but after phoning reception the noise stopped. Kate check out and ability to use facilities after checkout was very helpful.
