The most horribly managed property I’ve ever visited. Lineups for breakfast everyday even with a reservation. Dinner wait also long with a reso. Spa even worse. Only one massage appt with calls 5 weeks prior to arrival. An email to the spa was replied to 4 weeks after it was sent. No manager ever seem to deal with annoyed guests. Not worth the price.

The property is beautiful and the lake view is stunning. No electronics at the pool and being harassed by staff about a phone, computer for work purposes, or having to hide your phone to listen to music is ridiculous in this day and age. A day at the pool is ruined by not being able to complete a few work tasks and check some emails to feel even more completed and relaxed. Yes, you can move to another spot to do your work but you’d then not be at the pool an worse, loose the very limited pool space and chair you likely had to wait for in the first place. Just not cricket.

A very beautiful place. Well worth the stay. Unfortunately due to the Covid restrictions none of the saunas were available. Still very relaxing.
