Great room, easy to walk to most places, friendly staff. Only downside was that there was no tea or coffee in the room, but there were free 24hr facilities in the reception area, so that balanced it out.

We had a brilliant stay at Citadines. Staff were really helpful and accommodating and location was perfect for Christmas Markets. Would definitely recommend this hotel and can not fault it.

Living it up in Hamburg!
When we arrived, we received a free upgrade to an apartment. We really enjoyed the two bathrooms and laundry facilities in our spacious apartment. We interacted with several of the front staff, and they were all very welcoming and accommodating. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which included a wonderful spread of high quality tasty items. I would recommend Citadines to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the city.

Our family holiday stay.
Good location and very clean hotel with helpful staff for all things on our 4 night stay. Even though we had a nice kitchen with a large fridge and a lounge room, off the main bedroom (Queen bed)with en-suite, we were expecting another queen bed. We had a relatively thin mattresses sofa bed that was the converted lounge. The mattress was uncomfortable for an Adult and 1 child to sleep on over 4 nights. Breakfast was adequate and rooms quiet.

A great central location. Welcoming and helpful staff. The studio apartment was a good size with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and good room service. Breakfast is bookable but we shopped at the local supermarket. Lovely lounge with very good free tea and coffee and some interesting art books to browse. Good value for money. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Would recommend Citadines Michael and stay there again.
