I would like to compliment Mr. Luu Tan Thinh (RIN) for his good service. I was dining at the dining area dining my two nights' stay at the hotel. On the morning of 25/11/2019, on my last day of stay, we had breakfast at the dining area as normal. I was at one of the food stations taking food. My son wanted me to carry him, and so I had to put my plate down. Mr Luu (RIN) saw me and he came by to help me take my plate of food and followed me around while I carried my son. I'm very pleased and feel appreciated to Mr. Luu for the help he offered me. He helps out at the kitchen preparing the food as a cook. But he is still serving the customers when he sees anyone who needed help. His service had exceeded my expectations! I hope there can be more staff like Mr Luu (RIN) who is customer-oriented. I enjoyed my stay here at Minh Toan Galaxy hotel and it's also my first visit here at Da Nang. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. I look forward to my next visit here. Excellent hotel for staying in Da Nang if you're with a family--there's an amusement park across the road from the hotel and it's close to the airport. But it's not that close to other tourist destinations like the Chohan Market and Dragon Bridge (they're only a short car-ride away, I walked and it took me about 30 mins). The staff was excellent and very helpful! I had an issue with the WiFi in my room and it was fixed quickly. The only drawbacks are that the awesome pool on the roof closes at 8pm and the hotel's location (not terrible, just slightly inconvenient). I used Grab bikes to get around and it was super easy for the drivers to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a single or family stay in Da Nang!

My wife and daughter spent our vacation in Da Nang. The Minh Toan Galaxy is located across the street from a nice amusement park. A short taxi ride to China Beach and if you like Sushi, there is an OUTSTANDING restaurant, called The Sushi Bar, a short walk down the street. We loved our stay and plan to return!
