Great hotel. Only negative is the distance from the centre of Bishkek but they do everything they can to alleviate this with free transfers into the centre. I do highly recommend the Futuro though. Staff are great as are rooms and breakfast.

Very attentive staff. I arrived early in the morning along with another guest, and they did their best to check us in early. Very much appreciated. The breakfast has good options and all day coffee and snacks are available in the restaurant/cafeteria. Since they’re located a little out of the way, they provide free shuttle to/from the city center. That helped a lot. When I come back someday, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are so helpful. The breakfast is AMAZING. The hotel has coffee, tea, and baked goods available all day and night. The room is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Perfect place to stay in Bishkek.

Very modern and beautiful design, has even a selection of pillows, staff speaks excellent English, they're very nice and helpful, good complimentary snacks and great coffee, big supermarket nearby, far away from the center but cheaply and easily accessible by even public transport.

Very helpful staff. Front desk staff would arrange taxis and communicate with the drivers. Good breakfast, with a selection of cold and hot dishes. Packed breakfast for an early morning departure. Compact setting.
