peaceful location near by tokiwadai station. easily access to ikebukuro. the room was nice and had everything you needed. the bed was comfortable and the blanket was so warm.

Cant beat it for the price. Small rooms but private bath, microwave, wifi, tv. Temp control is good. Location is a bit out of the way, but a great neighborhood with excellent store, and food options. Helpful staff.

Beds are really small for two people , staff spoke minimal English and a little far from main city. Would have worked out cheaper to stay closer to city. Although the staff had minimal English they were very friendly

Well, you can book a nonsmoking room, but there's no such thing as nonsmoking room in this hotel. Wall paper was brown with cigarette tar.

About what you'd expect for the price. No frills, but it's clean and there are laundry facilities. No housekeeping and it's quite a ways out from Shinjuku. Heads up: check out is at 10 and the front desk will demand that you pay 2000 Yen if you're a minute late!

Comfortable cosy bed
Very very comfortable beds. Make sure you get a room away from the main road as that is rather noisy. Washing machines and tumble dryers available. Short walk to train station.
