Great stay with minor issues
Great and friendly staff specially Sophie at the guest relation and the remarkable Rose at the breakfast service. My only issue was that the hotel wouldn’t accept Mestro payment and this is widely used in Europe. I had to withdraw money from the machine which will cost me a huge service charge to pay. Also at checkout there was a huge line with only 2 staff for both check in and out

Do not stay here! Worst experience
From check in to check out we had the worst stay. Complained to the general manager twice. Check in was so rude. They didn't give us proper information, no towel cards, didn't tell us we needed to ask to put our credit card on file to eat and drink at the resort even though I gave them my card. Spa was closed, pontoon on sea wasn't there, beach bars had no one working them, the chairs and facilities were all old and gross. The only decent pool is the adults pool. The service is non existent. We were at the pool from 9am to 4pm and could not get a drink even after going up to the bar ourselves! The only thing this hotel has going for it is the view. I actually left during the day and paid to use the Movenpick next door. Do not stay here. It was worse than a 3 star. Management could have cared less too. I had better service at a tiny boutique hotel in Petra and in the middle of the wadi rum desert. Do not stay here. You will be disappointed

Thank you Hilton for a very pleasant stay
Perhaps the highlight of our 8 days stay in Jordan was the last 3 nights at the Hilton Dead Sea Resort and Spa. A very well maintained property with amazing views of Dead Sea. I had 3 rooms booked with the hotel for a family vacation (wife, kids and parents and in-laws) and my first pleasing experience was the free upgrade to sea view rooms at the outset. The staff even obliged to provide rooms close to each other. The pools (3 including kids) are nice in size and heated leading to an amazing time with kids. The resort hosted live music evenings every day at the pool bar which was relaxing as a couple, leaving the kids with parents :). The only let down was the food as there weren't many choices either for breakfast or dinner especially for the vegetarians (my parents and in-laws). The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming and were great with the kids too. They also got an amazing beach. Of course floating in the dead sea was the highlight, but the mud masking and massage by Emad at the beach was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again for my next visit.

BEST hotel in Dead Sea! Rose from their buffet restaurant is amazing! She made us all feel welcomed and just relax whenever she’s there! Vebian and Angelica are also so nice and hospitable! If not for these ladies, our experience won’t be that great! Hilton is so lucky to have those ladies and should promote them!!!

Amazing staff and service. . Less amazing food.
Overall our stay at hilton was good. Service and kindness from staff was over the top. Especially Leah made sure the stay felt like visiting friends remembering our names when seeing us by the breakfast buffet .. the man attending our hookah evenings making sure everything was Working and we had a good evening did am amazing job and very attentive. I Think his name was fahad, if not i apologize. . Also Down by the dead sea we enjoyed a mudscrub / massage by one of the staff members which was very very good and he was super attentive. Many more staff members names should be mentioned but i do not remember all. The food at hilton was nothing special at all. Less stars hotels or small local eateries does it better. Especially by the pool i was dissapointed. Frozen chicken nuggets and soggy french fries After 45 min wait was very dissapointing.
