The property is a lie they show pictures of the hotel that's behind it with a totally different name Quality Inn. It is the hotel in the front that is has prostitutes and drug activity and there was no amenities no phone no Internet no TV no channels. And I stayed there for four days and the second day the whole bed broke down it was that old and then they took my whole deposit. Don't stay there with any kids are I would never even stay there the security cameras don't even work

The motel was out of business. The phone number on the itinerary was out of service. No contact could be made with Expedia. The confirmation email message content has been deleted. A total and expensive mess since a last minute booking at another hotel had to be made.

Just want my refund
I never stayed. Waited 30min for someone to get to the front desk just to tell me the room i made a reservation for online isn't available. In fact they had no rooms available at all. You'd think an automatic refund would be next to come but no...i have to convince hotels.com that the property is ok'ng a refund due to no rooms being available...huge headache!!

Crack house hellhole using catfish photos on here
This hotel uses fake photos. Whatever hotel is shown in the photos sure as hell isn’t the hotel you will arrive at. The actual hotel is a total crack house. A horrifying hellhole that only druggies and prostitutes would dare to stay at. I booked a two night stay here off of the pictures making it look decent. I arrived at the hotel to find all signage taken off the hotel so it was an unmarked building. The front office was totally empty with a sign taped to the door that said it was permanently closed and to go to the hotel behind it to check in. I went there to try to check in. I was told the hotel was overbooked and they had no room for me. I was actually relieved to not have to stay there knowing I’d now get a refund for being turned away because of Hotel.com’s money back guarantee. I went straight to the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tacoma for my two night stay instead. Beautiful and safe hotel with amazing views and an amazing breakfast for only $20 more a night than this crack house. End of the story? No. Five weeks after being turned away I am still fighting for a refund with Hotels.com. They say they can’t refund me until the hotel approves it but the hotel is totally unreachable because the hotel’s office is permanently closed, their phone number is out of service and all the hotel’s social media accounts have been deleted. After reading the reviews I see I’m far from the only person in this exact same situation with no refund. HONOR YOUR GUARANTEE HOTELS.COM.

First off, the first room had no power. Then went to next room. No heater… there was a gun fight in the parking lot so as soon as it was over I packed and left my cold ass room!!! Cops never came so I guess it was the ghetto DONT STAY HERE MY 44 min was too long

STOP: Book Elsewhere! Too Much Activity!
for the amount, it was reasonable. but we were very afraid to leave at night. it gets very active all the time. druggies asking if we had any drugs to sell them and if not, can we spare some change. one time we were there, the police raided a bunch of people outside, it was a hot mess. i wished we paid a little bit more to stay somewhere else other than here.

This hotel is in a very bad side of town. We did not even check-in because we couldn't even locate the lobby. There were many people outside of the hotel and in the parking not doing good things when we got there at 12:30 am after attending a concert at the Tacoma Dome. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To make things worse, they would not even credit my card after explaining that we (three women) did not feel safe even to get out of the car. Please don't stay stay here!
