Don’t waste your money. Outdated and broken. The 35 inch flat screen TV with the remote chained to a he night stand was a nice touch. Bathroom door locked itself several times having to have someone outside the bathroom help to open the door. Asked for chairs for the patio and was promptly ignored.

My 9th trip to Buenos Aires and this property is all you need! Large, comfortable, clean rooms with a door man 24 hours is exceptional and makes you feel safe. The coffee shop next door is great. The kiosko also next door very helpful. Location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A balcony is a great feature. Very comfortable beds BONUS. My ONLY complaint is the choice of air fragrance in the lobby and hallways too strong but not a deal breaker. Book it! You’ll be happy you did. We will be back!

Great location and views.
Beautiful views from balcony. Windows let in a lot of great light. Very large rooms. Perfect distance to walk almost everywhere in Palermo. I would highly recommend. The only criticism I have are some cosmetic issues that I believe the suites could easily fix with a little paint and whole spackle. Would still recommend.
