Location is great, one block away from the central Square. Breakfast cooking is mediocre, that part of the stay was just disappointing

Beautiful outside and courtyard. Our room was in the second back courtyard, and a bit more modern than I thought it would be - with slight smell (sewage?) and non-functioning safe. Breakfast was disappointing: served (non-buffet) American breakfast, with no other options (e.g. Colombian food would have been great).

Great colonial hotel in historic center
Very atmospheric, clean and comfortable room with a safe. Wonderful staff and excellent location.
Across the street from a beautiful church.
I did not have any hot water in my room, however, so needed up change rooms.

Perfect city centre location but tranquil
Lovely ambience. Great location for the city centre sights. And the Menu del Dia we had for lunch one day was delicious (for Colombia) and great value. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly peaceful
Popayán's center is a wonderful place. And this hotel was a perfect example of the quite beauty. The room was spacious, clean, and relatively quite, especially being on the street side. The bed was somewhat hard, but otherwise the room was very comfortable.
On future trips, we will definitely stay again.
