Simple process. I didn’t like letting the staff take a screen shot of my visa but I guess they need to do that? It was a bit noisy. Several other people staying made a lot of noise getting in and out of the capsules-perhaps a quieter screen to close the capsule would be better. Was hard to sleep. One or two people can in at about 1:30am and we’re talking a bit loud in the sleeping area. Otherwise, it was good.
