A very nice room with a comfortable bed and good quality food

Good location The staff were excellent Service was very good The room was decorated nicely and bathroom and room were spotless Very handy for Scarborough and located in a lovely village

The hotel doesn’t service rooms at this time but didn’t tell us and so towels were not replaced. There should have been a notice in the room but there wasn’t one. Room functional and clean though.

Tiny bedrooms, floor in room filthy used cotton bud on bedside, the Perspex stool had a clear imprint of the last person to have used it naked so obviously not cleaned. Bedding and towels however were clean. Food was just acceptable on the first night but appalling on the second. Dry overcooked microwave food. For £90 per night plus food it is way overpriced, the main issue is the young age of the staff a more mature experienced manager is needed who understands the customers expectations. Left after two nights of a planned three nights, home is much more luxurious. 2/10

As always really good service

Lovely hotel. First impressions were good Was greeted by a lovely girl called Emma, I think she was called. Bless her, she checked us in, booked our table for evening meal, served our drinks and food and even bought up my husbands phone to room which he’d left on table. Kids were amazed with our suite. I knew I had 2 rooms but didn’t realise what we had. As we had our own kitchen didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Rooms were very clean and bed really comfy. Evening meal was nice but took a long time to get it as only a few staff on. Food ordered at 5 and didn’t arrive til 5.40. But overall really happy. One downside which hotel can’t help, it’s on a route into Scarborough so road noise was noticeable. Didn’t bother us adults but it did the kids.
