Gross
The room was so dirty I had to get cleaning supplies from my mother in law's house just to sleep in there. The toilet had old pee on the seat and a huge old luggie. There was a bag a stale chips in the dresser and multiple hairs on the bed. The AC didn't work so we spent the night in the heat. At this rate we would have been better off camping on the side of the road.

Imagine our surprise & disappointment to finally arrive at the motel close to midnight, tired from our trip & having to get up early to finish the trek to the mountains … only to discover the highest light pole with the biggest lightbulbs shining straight in our 3rd floor window & NO curtains to close !!!! It was an awful night with only intermittent sleep for our stressful journey .

It was horrible was promised over the phone the pool was open arrived pool has been closed for weeks. Got to the room it was filthy there was dried up rice on the counter by the microwave and trash by there as well the bathroom smelled of smoke staff said they’d go pour bleach down the sink and toilet to get rid of smell. Staff sent in two people who spoke loudly and were extremely rude one to the other do you think this room stinks? The other no it doesn’t. When they finished cleaning we said thank you and they just gave us a glare and walked off. The room smelled of bleach so bad my kid had an asthma attack and all of our eyes burned. Informed front desk we called Expedia. They finally let us change rooms at 11pm. Lady was mad at us for saying it still stunk and was extremely rude about having to change our room. That it didn’t stink. But I’m sure that was because she was outside by the front door smoking before she would even acknowledge that we needed help at the front desk. Not to mention the elevator smelling strongly of marijuana. Mind you this property is clearly marked as a smoke free property. It wasn’t each time we left there was a staff member outside smoking at the door so the lobby smelt of smoke too.
