Convenient, Comfortable, Caring
A very convenient, comfortable and caring hotel. The hotel staff, Ms Zhang was most helpful, friendly and courteous. It may be a small simple hotel, which does not offer many frills and any more breakfast due to the pandemic, but the 24 hours hot and cold drink machines, snacks, and dining area made accessible to all hotel guests are more than sufficient to make up for it. Thank you Rainbow Hotel for making our stay a pleasant one.

Fabulous location and over all a good hotel. Staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a decent variety and good coffee but eggs and other foods that should have been hot were very cold, even when first brought out. Afternoon tea was a nice touch with coffee and cake.

We were upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival. The hotel room was renovated but the toilet was not. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Hotel is near eateries and right at the middle of ximending. It will be better if the there is mosquitoes measures in place.

The Staff was kind and provide room upgrade for us, the room is spacious and comfortable for 2 of us to stay, The location is also very easy to find. Breakfast was rather simple but the taste is still ok. In Overall, it is quite a nice place to stay for a night.
