Booked two beds only got one. Room was smelly and musty. Staff cleaning room beside our room and they were noisy during the day. At night the pump in the cleaning room ran all night. Very noisy. Do not recommend room 411

Pleasant surprise is a busy downtown setting. The two bed room was large. Was surprised to find our balcony window viewed a brick wall, 1 meter away. Had to go across the street to another hotel for complementary breakfast, but it was worth it. Desk staff was excellent at providing help and answering area questions.

Quite frankly, I liked everything about this hotel. It is spotlessly clean, beautiful in terms of its appointments and design, it has basic amenities such as the safe in the refrigerator, and very friendly staff. It is perfectly located a couple blocks from the city’s 400 year-old cathedral and grand square (zocalo). Everything is within short walking distance, from the fortress walls, to the Malecon, to countless eating establishments and shops. The price was very reasonable as well. The rooms even have balconies that overlook the cobblestone street below. Outstanding! We only had a chance to stay here for one night, but we will certainly stay here next time we come to Campeche.

Fabulous location and staff. Bring an extension cord - only 1 electrical outlet in the room. We knew that by reading previous posts, so we didn't have a problem.. Parking available in a small courtyard. No coffee in the room or lobby but we saw a staff taking a coffee pot up to a room. Regardless, we're looking forward to our next visit!
