Arrived at 4am but my colleague who arrived at a decent time realized that the linen were not changed. Did not check mine as was half asleep. The breakfast is 4/5 with omelette/eggs fried plantain and sausages as hot items Cereals fruits and pastries as cold items Coffe tea and juices/squashes free flowing Room comfortable with 2hard and 2 soft pillows Exchanging money especially low denomination not reckoned No excursions possible. Room door needs to be slammed waking all floor otherwise does not lock WiFi on but poor

Good value
Overall it was a nice hotel for the price paid. Wish the cold water was colder and not lukewarm as sometimes in hot weather,it would be nice to have a COLD shower. Restaurant staff was very attentive especially Emma. One minor problem I had was that I was not replenished with a bottle of water everyday as stated in my hotel booking. I was told u only get bottled water on your first night of stay. When I extended my stay for 2 more nights, I was told no water but I explained to them it was a new booking and they gave me a big bottle of water....I suggest on your hotel information that you clarify the bottled water situation. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay...Will be staying here next time I am in Freetown.

Exceptional
Excellent place to stay in Freetown
Room was spotless and included all amenities. Breakfast was good and staff welcoming. Check out took more time than i expected. And their credit card machine systematically asks for a pin number. My credit card doesn't require a pin, so i didn't have any pin number to put in. Had to pay with cash.

Very good
Nice for Freetown.
Great hotel and I'll definitely go back, but upon checkout their credit card machine insisted I give a pin, which I shouldn't have to do on card with a chip. No one in staff knew what to do, nor did they apologize and I had to use cash to pay. Overall their local staff are pleasant but don't speak loudly enough and are definitely not proactive, looking for ways to serve. It's up to you to ask.
