Beautifully curated Boutique Hotel in the middle of Old Town Palma. We received an exceptionally warm welcome, a glass of Cava to start with as well as a room upgrade. The service level of all staff remained at the high standard throughout our stay that it started off with. We were able to book our spa treatments and restaurant reservations via WhatsApp while we were on the go, which saved time and added flexibility to our stay. The room was beautiful, meticulously cleaned and spacious with top house keeping. All in all absolutely recommendable hotel that I would book again in an instant. Thank you to all staff of Posada Terra Santa for giving us such an enjoyable time in your hotel!
